Test Seth by typing

Test Seth by typing instead of calling, and see exactly how it would answer on a real call.

Written by Maurizio

You can test Seth without picking up the phone. Open Try Seth on your dashboard, switch to the Type tab, and ask questions by typing. Seth answers the same way it would on a real call.

Seth is a voice agent. Typing is just a faster way to test it. On a real call Seth talks back, so treat this as a preview of how it would answer.

Start a test

  2. Open Try Seth and choose the Type tab.

  3. Seth greets you first, the same way it answers a call.

Read the conversation

The gray lines marked with » show which step of your flow Seth moved to, like Greeting Node or Check order status. They let you follow the exact path Seth takes and catch anything that lands in the wrong place. When Seth takes an action, like creating a support ticket, you will see it on the same gray line. You can review the same detail for real calls on the call history page.

When the conversation ends

If Seth wraps up, transfers, or ends the call, the chat locks so you can read back through it. Nothing disappears. Select Reset conversation to start a fresh test.

Reset anytime

Reset conversation clears the chat and starts over from the greeting, so you can test another scenario.
