What's a call minute?
A call minute is the amount of time Seth spends on a call with customers, billed to the exact second. We start counting when the line connects and stop when it disconnects.
We don’t bill for any calls that were not picked up or not connected successfully. If the call is transferred, billing stops once the transfer is completed.
What do phone numbers cost?
Phone numbers are included for free with Seth. For legacy custom agents, phone numbers cost $5/month each.
You can buy phone numbers from almost any country where our AI phone agent supports the language. For some countries, you need to provide business information. If so, just open the chat and send us the required details, we’ll help you get the number set up. See those requirements here.

What does the 14-day free trial include?
The 14-day free trial is available on the Pro plan only. You get the full Pro experience during the trial, including hands-on setup and the 65% resolution guarantee.
You need to add a credit card at signup, but you can cancel anytime. We’ll remind you 48 hours and 24 hours before the trial ends. The Grow plan is charged immediately at signup and doesn’t include a trial.
