Want another support agent to help review calls? You can invite them as a collaborator.
Right now, collaborators are only for customer support agents who need to review calls.
What collaborators can do
Collaborators can only open Call History (and account settings).
In Call History, they can:
See a list of calls
Open a call to review details (like the recording and transcript)
Block and unblock callers
What collaborators can’t do
They can’t:
Access other pages (only Call History)
Change settings
Make edits or take other actions in your workspace
How to invite a teammate
Only admins can invite people.
Go to Settings
Click Workspace
Click Invite a Teammate
Type their email address
Send the invite
They’ll get an email invite. When they accept it, they’ll be added as a Workspace Member.
Pending invites (not accepted yet)
If someone hasn’t accepted the invite, it will show as pending.
Revoke an invite
If an invite is still pending, you can cancel it.
Go to Settings
Click Workspace
Find the pending invite
Revoke it
That invite won’t work anymore.
Quick tip if they don’t get the email
Double-check the email address
Ask them to check spam/junk
If needed, revoke the invite and send a new one.
