How to cancel your subscription

This guide helps you to cancel your Ringly.io plan

How you cancel depends on how you signed up.

Option 1: You installed the Ringly.io Shopify app

Shopify handles the billing, so you need to cancel from there:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Apps and sales channels

  4. Hit the 3 dots next to the Ringly.io app and click Uninstall

  5. Select the reason and confirm

Your plan is automatically cancelled and you won't be charged again.

Option 2: You signed up directly on Ringly.io

Cancel from your account settings:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription

  2. Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription

  3. Add a cancellation reason and confirm

Alternatively, go to Settings β†’ Billing and click Manage invoices to cancel through Stripe.

Important details

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately

  • If you're on a trial, canceling prevents any charges and closes your account right away

  • For paid subscriptions, you must pay any outstanding overage minutes before cancellation completes

  • All payments are non-refundable β€” no credits for unused time or partial months

Cancelling add-on subscriptions

To cancel an add-on, go to the add-on and delete it. Your main plan stays active.

  • Phone number: Go to the agent with the phone number, then delete the phone number. This cancels the phone number subscription.

  • Knowledge base: Go to the knowledge base and delete it. This cancels the knowledge base subscription.
