Welcome to Ringly.io! This guide will help you get started with setting up your account, creating your first agent, navigating the dashboard, and give you all options to receive help.
What is Ringly.io?
Ringly.io is a platform made to automate customer phone support with an AI phone agent. Our AI support agent, called Seth, can handle customer questions, provide support, and improve your customer service experience.
Step 1: Add your website url and answer some questions.
Head over to the onboarding page and fill out your website url.
Step 2: Call with Seth!
Here's where the real magic happens. Make a call with your new AI support rep!
If the website you added is in the US or Canada, you'll automatically get a Toll-free 888 phone number attached to Seth. If not, you can still connect a phone number later, and you can just make the test call using your browser.
Step 3: Put the phone number on your website
If you don't have a phone number already, click on the 'Deploy' tab and connect one. Otherwise, make a couple of test calls and then drop the phone number on your website.
If you need to change some settings, it is super easy to do with Seth!
